Overview

As an alternative to traditional psychotherapy, I offer health, wellness, and chronic pain coaching designed to build healthy daily routines and support both physical and mental wellbeing.

With over ten years of specialization in chronic pain psychology, I noticed the need for more integrated physical practices. To bridge this gap, I became a certified yoga and martial arts instructor, allowing me to combine psychology with movement-based healing.

Approach & Focus:

  • Developing personalized movement and stillness practices
  • Activity pacing with mindfulness and breath awareness
  • Integrating yoga, tai chi, and martial arts for chronic pain recovery and overall vitality
  • Structured coaching for discipline, strength, and balance in daily life

My coaching approach blends the insight of a psychologist with the motivation of a gentle but focused martial arts instructor. This structure helps clients cultivate the discipline and energy to achieve the goals they once thought unattainable.

If your main challenge isn’t severe anxiety or depression but rather unmet potential—the feeling that you’re capable of more—this is the right path for you. Together, we’ll expand your capabilities, build resilience, and set your journey toward your highest self in motion.
